    • Davenport, Iowa (...June 30, 1922-May 1933) ( NOTE: The actual date of the move from Rock Island to Davenport is doubtful. One listing dated May 15 has two listings for the station, one in each location.)
    • Des Moines, Iowa (May 1933-November 11, 1933)
  • Owner of license:
    • Karlowa Radio Company (February 18, 1922-April 1, 1922...) ( NOTE: A history site indicates that Robert Karlowa [presumably, the proprietor of the radio company] sold the station to Col. B. J. Palmer [presumably the proprietor of the chiropractic school] in March 1922. However, a list dated April 1, 1922 gives Karlowa Radio Company as licensee. Yet another list dated May 15, 1922 shows both Palmer School of Chiropractic and Karlowa Radio Co. as owners. Possibly the actual transfer of control occurred between April 1 and June 30, 1922.)
    • Palmer School of Chiropractic (...June 30, 1922-June 30, 1928...)
  • Subsequent call letters: (See Note above)
