In the 60's, radio station KHEY broadcast on 690 KhZ.

Programming was 24/7 country music with advertising and news on the half hour.

The last time I was in El Paso, TX, the towers were located about 3 miles north of the original location in El Paso, TX, just off of U.S. Hwy-54.

KHEY now operates on 1360 KhZ.

KTSM is now assingned 690 KhZ.
