Call letters KDR belonged to a single sideband station belonging to a barge line in St. Louis, MO from at least the 1960s through at least the early 1980's. It may actually have started in Houston, TX.
The owner was Sioux City & New Orleans Barge Line, later SCNO Barge Lines.
